Here is our latest demo! It’s the first one we’ve released using the new demo engine programmed by xphere and the new demo editor by merlucin. Together, they dance to the rhythm of a worm emerging from its chrysalis in a demo that took many years to complete. And yes, we mean the demo title.

Evoke 2024
After more than ten years of our latest party we are attending Evoke 2024 in Köln, Germany, where we will present our last demo, that has been many years in the making, with a new demo engine and a new demo editor. But beware: We're not back
Many years passed since our last production. Life has kept us busy, but this does not mean that we are still dead. Anyway, here is the last excretion of our brains: electroscopia, the 203 second endless demo. Presented at Main Party 2012 and featuring eclectic effects based in deprecated GLSL shaders, a terse soundtrack and lots of hidden content not evident for the non-initiated mortals. Stop reading this and download it now!
080808 of the death by Kosmoplovci
This is a remix of death of the death, a demo we presented in Breakpoint 2008. psenough, from TPOLM, asked us for the source code for the demo because he liked it and wanted to remix it. After explaining him how the demo editor was working and with the sources in the hand, psenough and dominator created this variation for your enjoyment.
Spontz Visuals Editor v2.1 is out!
This is not only a more polished version of the tool we use to generate our demos, but also the source scripts of two the latest prods: Quintessence and Second Coming, from the Biomechanical Bastards.
Yet Another Nonsense Demo
Finally, after years of work and problems with demoscene TV, xphere finally managed to convert his first demo made with the Spöntz demoengine to video. Here is, for the enjoyment of the entire human race: Yand
Revision 2011
The past year we couldn't reach the last breakpoint because we had a problem in the road with out hyper-vehicle, but that won't stop us this year in order to meet you in the Revision 2011 demo party!
Art Futura 2010
Xphere will be present in the Realtime Generation panel in Art Futura 2010, explaining the techniques and tools we use in order to build demoscene productions.
Spontz demo editor v3
The Spontz demo editor v3 is in the works, and with it a new demo called Electroscopia. The fifth edition of the main party was the boiler that made us switch to beta after two intense nights of code.
Second coming
The first demo of the Biomechanical Bastards! Created with the Spontz Visuals Editor v2.1, it represents the return of Jesus Christ (a catholic deity) to the world, from the point of view of a Jehovah witness that has not been yet rejected from the temple.
New demo for Main Party 2009
We presented Quintessence at the MainParty #4 festival in Arles (France) obtaining the 6th place out of 15 demo productions
Satan comes back from hell
Started in the Breakpoint 2009 and ended at work, this song was recorded with a plantronics headset and the shitty mac mini of the meeting room
Euskal party 17
As every year, we will present our last works at the Euskal party 17 in Bilbao, one of the last scene contest reducts in Spain. Meet us there at the end of July!
Spontz Visuals Editor v2.0
After years of work, here is the next version of our demo editor, as usual only recommended for brave hearts. This version includes a realtime preview, support for Frame Buffer Objects, GLSL shaders, and a realtime expression evaluation system that allows to vary almost any parameter using simple algebraic expressions. But wait! there is more! Included with the demo editor are several small demo projects we use to test it and, of course, we have released the source files for three of our last demos.
This demo was presented in Euskal Party 17 in Bilbao (Spain). We got the first place but there were just two entries 😟 Anyway, we hope this combintion of careful planning and party coding improvisation!!!
Hermine, by Pinza
Pinza presented a mp3 stream to the breakpoint, obtaining the 7th place out of 16. This beautiful music called Hermine escapes from the traditional demoscene style and features real instruments played by himself
We spent four hours in this experiment, presented in the open demo competition at Breakpoint 2008. There was a lot of people in the party coding very different things, and we couldn't resist the pressure to compete. Unfortunately the demo only runs for a minute, but it was a minute of good competition! :) Dynimix came back with a great music and xphere, isaac2 and merlucin put the best of themselves in this prod. Enjoy!
Finally we got time to update the website with our latest demo: Particles of the death. Sponsored by AMB and the ingent amounts of pizza he provided to merlucin, and powered by the Isaac2 shaders directly there at BCN Party 111. Finally we couldn't win the democompo because Ham presented his superb demo for GP2X with incredible music from JosSs so we got the last position in the ranking.... anyway we will continue trying!
